Built from your recorded GPS driving trips (the Start / Stop Driving controls on Home). GPS miles are straight-line estimates between samples — check them before submitting. Original trips are never changed here.

Leave Round-trip blank to use one-way × 2. Changing these updates every day that is not yet submitted. Submitted days keep the rate and deduction they were submitted with. Your company’s approved Concur policy decides which days need a deduction — this app does not know it, so set the default and adjust single days as needed.

The diagnostic report contains record IDs, counts and error messages only — no customer names, phone numbers, emails, addresses, notes or GPS coordinates — so it is safe to send to whoever helps you with the app.
Activity log
A record of changes on this phone from MK8.17 on: sales created, edited or deleted, install and activation changes, credits and reversals, lead status changes, mileage submissions and payments, knocks, imports and privacy actions. It stores what changed (IDs, dates, statuses, amounts) — not names or contact details. It is a personal history, not tamper-proof proof for payroll.

Organization profile (optional)
Optional labels for a future company-wide version. They are saved with your backups and stamped on new leads. They are not a login, give no security, and never change commission or any other calculation.
GPS privacy
GPS door records and driving routes contain customers’ locations. You can remove location details older than a chosen age. Door dates, times and addresses and trip miles are kept, so mileage and history still work. Nothing is removed without your confirmation.
Past versions
What changed in each release. Older versions can be opened or downloaded when they're available on the site.
Before you try an older version: an older version opened from this website uses the same saved data as this one, and may not understand newer data. Export a backup first (Setup & data → Backup & demo data), or use Download and open the copy from your phone, which keeps its own separate data.
